Dear Greg & Steve:

We would like to express our thanks to you for your performance at our wedding, but we can't do it.  Words cannot express how extremely pleased we are with the entertainment you provided our guests and us.

We knew that the music would be one of the keys to having a successful wedding and you far surpassed those expectations.  We know that the two things people remember about a wedding are the food and the music and we have received high praise on both, but more on the music.  Our friends and family said that they had never heard such good music mixes and such fun professional DJ's in all their years of attending weddings.

I currently work in the Quality Improvement field of manufacturing, and we talk about benchmarking world-class operations quite a bit.  Let me tell you, if there was a way to benchmark the service you provided us I am all for it.  On second thought, I am not for it.  I don't think that any other people could provide such outstanding service even with a benchmark.  You guys are truly unique with an outstanding professional attitude that you should be proud of.

Here is a little story for you.  We had friends that were getting married in September attend our wedding and they talked very highly of their DJ.  We instantly thought of the service you provided us as a great standard.  We attended their wedding with this bias in mind.  Well to be blunt, it was one of the worst DJ's I have ever heard and seen.  Their CD's were scratched, there were long pauses in transitions, and all they played were old school 80's and sappy 70's tunes, and it wasn't that the bride and groom only requested this music, it was that the DJ only had these music selections.  Aside from the music, their appearance was another thing to be laughed at.  It was a husband and wife team, actually ones we had seen at come bridal shows, and they looked like a lounge act in Las Vegas with their sequin vests on.  Let's just say most of the people left the reception by 10:30pm that night.

Thanks again, but as I said before, words cannot really express my satisfaction, joy and happiness for finding such a well mannered, professional, talented bunch of individuals as yourselves.

Sincerely,
Craig M. Stone
